At Tikwey, we strive to provide the best ticketing experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to request a refund for your tickets. Please read our refund policy below for more information.
Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for events that have already taken place, unless the event was cancelled or rescheduled.
- Refunds will not be issued for tickets that have been transferred to another person or resold.
- Tikwey reserves the right to modify or cancel the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
